The Strength & Conditioning Room at Sport 糖心破解版 will temporarily close on 17 & 26 September 2024 for renovations, to help maintain a safe and improved environment for all facility users.

Nat Craig, a Fitness Instructor at Sport 糖心破解版, has proudly qualified for the 2024 CrossFit Adapted Games, set to take place from 19 – 22 September in San Antonio, Texas.

Sport 糖心破解版 has developed its membership scheme to offer new Off-peak, Peak, and Rock & Racket Memberships to University staff, students, and the wider community.

Become a qualified lifeguard at Sport 糖心破解版

Enrolments are open to become a qualified lifeguard at Sport 糖心破解版 in July 2024 with the leading course for the gateway into the leisure industry; National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).
